Being a professional doesn’t mean you have to go it alone. Please check out the Services pages, as well as the About page for more details on my skillset.

My Approach

My approach is theory-driven, and focused on best practices. Together, we can

  • Collaborate on cases

  • Facilitate your clinical courage

  • Teach you to accept and overcome mistakes

  • Process transference and countertransference, without a multiple relationship

  • Encourage your growth as a mental health professional

Group Consultation

I offer a free, monthly, peer consultation group for therapists in private practice who are looking to support each other in our work. The group is geared towards professionals working with adults and is focused on psychotherapeutic interventions. Contact me for details!

Private Consultation

I am here to meet your professional needs one on one. We can meet as often as you want: weekly, occasionally, or even just once. My private consultation fees are $80 to $120 per meeting, according to what we negotiate. Feel free to reach out for support!

Consultation is offered to employees free of charge.

Clinical Supervision

I provide supervision to Connecticut LPCAs working towards their LPC even if you are not employed with the Practice. I offer one on one support. You will receive weekly supervision, plus check ins as necessary.

If you work for the Practice, supervision is free of charge.

Testimonials

“As a supervisor, Viktor was able to provide me with a balance of support while also challenging me to push past my insecurities as a new clinician. He worked with me to develop my clinical skills and judgement, which allowed me to grow my confidence as a counselor. Viktor's professionalism and approachability are also noteworthy in his supervisory role.”

Gabrielle Attolino, LPC

“Over the course of a year, Viktor taught me the guiding principles of MI, CBT, DBT, trauma focused counseling, and crisis counseling. Viktor’s supervision made me into the confident and capable therapist that I am today!”

Patrick Stone, MS, LPC

“Its often said, that the true measure of a professional’s skill level is whether you’d recommend them to family or friends. I could not recommend someone more strongly than Viktor. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him for four years and I have benefited greatly from his professional expertise and calm demeanor. Viktor brings with him a deep knowledge of trauma informed techniques. More importantly, Viktor meets each of his patients with a nonjudgmental and supportive attitude to help make meaningful changes in their lives.”

Matthew Staniewicz, LCSW

“As a new clinician, I struggled with applying theory to my caseload. During my supervision with Viktor, he helped bring theory to life with specific examples from his experience along with how I might implement these strategies. At the same time, he gave me enough room to make mistakes and grow as a clinician.”

Sean McVeigh, LCSW
